The PP conductive tee is a pipe fitting used to branch off from a main pipeline. It is made of conductive polypropylene. It ensures that the electrostatic conductivity path remains continuous and intact at the pipe branch point.

Performance Verification
- Surface Resistance Testing: Using a multimeter or surface resistance meter, the resistance between any two points should be ≤10⁶ Ω;
- System Grounding: Install copper foil or stainless steel grounding rings every 6–8 m, connected to the PE main line. Contact resistance <0.1 Ω.
Hot Melting Process
- Heating temperature 260–280℃. Carbon black is hygroscopic; bake at 80℃ for 2 hours before welding;
- Cooling time ≥4 min (≤dn63) or ≥8 min (≥dn75) to prevent "false welding" leading to electrostatic delamination.
