PE flame-retardant and antistatic elbows are specialized pipe fittings used to change the direction of pipes in a "PE flame-retardant and anti-static piping system." They, along with straight pipes, tees, and other fittings, form a complete and safe system.

Core Features

Maximum Safety Protection:

Consistent with other pipes and fittings in the same series, it uses high-density polyethylene as the base material, with imported flame retardants and anti-static additives, and is formed using a special process. Its surface resistivity can be controlled within ≤1×10⁶ - 9Ω, preventing static electricity buildup due to friction during media transport. It achieves a V0 flame retardant rating, effectively delaying fire spread and reducing the risk of explosion and fire in flammable and explosive environments.

Excellent compatibility and sealing:

Specifically designed for use with PE flame-retardant and anti-static pipes, some models are also compatible with different specifications of pipes made of the same material. Hot-melt or electrofusion connections are commonly used. Some products have internal sealing rings to ensure the sealing of the pipeline system after connection, preventing leakage of flammable, explosive, and corrosive media. The connection also exhibits stable mechanical properties, resisting loosening due to media impact or environmental vibration.
