Core Modification Principle

Raw Material Formula Upgrade: 0.3%-0.8% of UV-resistant agents are added to the PP-HM base material. Common types include hindered amine light stabilizers and UV absorbers. Antioxidants are also compounded to inhibit photo-oxidation and thermal oxidation reactions.
Process Optimization: Some products utilize a double-layer co-extrusion process, with an outer layer of highly UV-resistant modified material and an inner layer of ordinary PP-HM material, balancing anti-aging performance with cost control.

Key Performance Indicators

Weather Resistance Rating:

Passes the GB/T 16422.3 plastic xenon lamp aging test. After aging for 1000 hours, the pipe's tensile strength and elongation at break retain ≥80%, with no cracking or powdering.

UV Resistance:

Even after long-term exposure to strong outdoor UV radiation, the pipe surface will not yellow or become brittle quickly, extending its service life by 3-5 times compared to ordinary pipes.

Basic Performance Retention:

Ring stiffness remains at SN8/SN16 level, and core properties such as acid and alkali corrosion resistance and settlement resistance are consistent with ordinary PP-HM double-wall corrugated pipes.
