Main Classifications

 

  • PP-H Pipes (Homopolymer Polypropylene Pipes): Made from homopolymer polypropylene, these pipes feature high rigidity, good heat resistance, and a long-term operating temperature up to 95℃. They exhibit excellent chemical corrosion resistance and are suitable for low-pressure or no-pressure chemical fluid transportation and hot water transportation applications.
  • PP-B Pipes (Block Copolymer Polypropylene Pipes): Modified using a block copolymerization process, these pipes offer superior impact resistance compared to PP-H pipes and better low-temperature toughness. They can be used for short periods at -20℃ and are suitable for buried drainage, sewage, and low-temperature fluid transportation.
  • PP-R Pipes (Random Copolymer Polypropylene Pipes): Random copolymerization modification gives them both rigidity and toughness, outstanding high-temperature resistance, and a long-term operating temperature ≤70℃. They meet hygiene standards and are commonly used for building hot and cold water and drinking water transportation.

 

PP-HM pipe (high-modulus polypropylene pipe) is a reinforced modified engineering-grade PP pipe with a ring stiffness of SN8~SN16, exhibiting strong resistance to settlement and external pressure. It is often manufactured as double-wall corrugated pipes or coiled pipes, suitable for heavy-duty applications such as municipal underground drainage and chemical industrial park sewage discharge.
