Product Overview

The PPH 90 Degree Elbow is a 90° pipe turning fitting made of homopolymer polypropylene (PPH) and connected using a hot-melt process. It is widely used in chemical, environmental protection, and municipal engineering systems for conveying corrosive or high-temperature media.

Features

Lightweight, easy to transport and install; low internal friction loss, conveying fluid capacity 30% greater than metal pipes of the same diameter; good chemical corrosion resistance, rust-free, suitable for conveying various highly corrosive chemical media; low brittle fracture temperature, good impact resistance; can be connected by hot-melt, resulting in good sealing and no leakage.

Connection Methods

Primarily uses hot-melt socket welding or hot-melt butt welding for connection. For hot-melt socket welding, the pipe surface quality must be checked first, then the connection area should be cleaned and chamfered. The pipe and fitting are then inserted into the heater for heating, and finally, the pipe is quickly pushed into the fitting socket to form a flange ring.

Specifications

Nominal diameters are generally DN15-DN300. Elbows of different specifications have varying inner diameter, outer diameter, and wall thickness parameters to meet different engineering requirements.
