Installation Points

Before welding, clean the welding surfaces of the elbow and pipe to remove oil, impurities, and oxide layers to prevent impurities from affecting the weld seal.** Use specialized hot-melt welding equipment. Once the equipment reaches the specified temperature, heat the elbow and pipe ends together without rotation, ensuring uniform heating.
During welding, apply pressure at a uniform speed to ensure the molten ends fully fuse, and control the welding time carefully. After welding, allow the joint to cool naturally. Do not move or strike the elbow during cooling to prevent deformation and cracking, which could affect the connection strength.
