PPH water tanks are integral storage tanks or water tanks made from PPH sheets using hot-melt extrusion welding technology. They are not simply assembled, but rather the sheets are melted and "stitched" together to form a seamless whole.

Excellent Integrity and Sealing:

Automatic extrusion welding machines are used for linear hot-melt welding, resulting in weld strength exceeding 90% of the base material. This achieves true seamlessness and leak-proof performance, fundamentally solving the problem of leaks at the joints of traditional water tanks.

Superior Corrosion Resistance:

PPH material resists corrosion from most acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents (such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, etc.), far exceeding the lifespan of fiberglass, stainless steel (in specific corrosive media), and concrete water tanks.

Hygienic and Non-toxic, Complies with

Food-Grade Standards:

The material is pure, does not promote algae growth, and does not affect the quality of stored liquids. It can be used for the storage of food, drinking water, and pharmaceutical raw materials (food-grade raw materials must be used).

Lightweight and High Strength:

Compared to concrete and steel-lined rubber tanks, PPH water tanks are extremely lightweight, requiring less demanding foundations and making installation easier. At the same time, through reasonable reinforcing rib design, they can withstand considerable hydrostatic pressure.

Good Insulation Performance:

PP material has low thermal conductivity, so the temperature of the liquid inside the tank is not easily affected by external conditions when used outdoors.

Easy Maintenance and Long Lifespan:

The interior and exterior surfaces are smooth, preventing scaling and making cleaning easy. Under normal operating conditions, the lifespan can reach 10-20 years or more.
