Product Overview

The core function of a PP pipe cap is to seal the end of a pipe, preventing the leakage of media, the entry of foreign objects, or protecting the pipe end threads.

Material Characteristics

Corrosion-resistant and resistant to most chemical solvents, suitable for conveying deionized water, weak acids and bases, and biopharmaceutical media.
Density is approximately 0.90 g/cm³, semi-transparent, lightweight, and allows for easy observation of the internal fluid.
Operating temperature is 0–80 °C, and it can withstand 95 °C for short periods; the low-temperature embrittlement point is approximately 0 °C.

Common Specifications

Piping Systems: Nominal outer diameter d20–d110 mm, pressure rating PN10, compatible with pipes of the same series.
Quick-connect/Quick-release Fittings: Outer diameter φ4–φ16 mm, thread R1/8–R1/2, sealing rings mostly EPDM.
