(1) Daily Inspection
Regularly inspect the tank for cracks, deformation, or leaks. Pay special attention to welds and joints, and address any problems promptly.
(2) Cleaning and Maintenance
After prolonged use, residues may accumulate on the inner wall of the tank, requiring regular cleaning. Avoid using sharp tools to scrape during cleaning to prevent damage to the inner wall.
(3) Avoid Overloading
The tank's load should not exceed its design capacity, and prolonged operation under extreme temperature conditions should be avoided.
(4) Replacement Cycle
The service life of a PP storage tank is typically 5-10 years, depending on the usage environment and maintenance. Replace the tank promptly if severe aging or damage is found.
