Product Overview
PTFE Compensator, also known as polytetrafluoroethylene bellows expansion joints or compensators, are pipe fittings used to compensate for pipe displacement and absorb vibrations.
Working Principle
They compensate for axial, lateral, or angular displacement of pipes caused by temperature changes, pressure fluctuations, etc., through the elastic deformation of the bellows. They absorb thermal expansion and contraction, mechanical vibrations, and installation deviations in the piping system, thereby reducing stress concentration in the piping system and protecting pipes and equipment.
